These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at https://www.brilliantedventures.com (the "Website") operated by Brilliant Edventures ("Brilliant Edventures," "we," "us," or "our"), a fully licensed and insured wholesale and receptive tour operator based at 27158 Apple Tree Lane, Franklin, MI 48025, United States.
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Website. If you access the Website on behalf of a travel club, alumni group, tour company, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
In these Terms, "you" and "your" refer to the individual or entity using the Website. "Services" means tour planning, receptive services, wholesale itinerary design, booking coordination, marketing support, and related services we may provide for group travel in the United States and Canada. Website content about destinations, itineraries, and group travel experiences is provided for general information and inspiration; it is not a binding offer until confirmed in a separate written quote, proposal, or booking agreement accepted by you and Brilliant Edventures.
Travel Bookings and Payments
Group tour arrangements are subject to availability, supplier terms, and the specific conditions in your booking documents, including deposit requirements, final payment dates, cancellation and refund policies, travel insurance requirements, and any applicable fees. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting those conditions before confirming travel. Failure to pay on time or to provide required group or traveler information may result in cancellation of reservations and forfeiture of payments as set out in your booking documents.
Traveler and Group Leader Responsibilities
Group leaders, tour planners, and travelers are responsible for valid identification, passports or visas where applicable, health requirements, and travel insurance appropriate for the itinerary. You must follow instructions from guides, motorcoach operators, venue staff, and authorities. Brilliant Edventures is not responsible for denial of entry, missed connections, or costs arising from incomplete documentation or failure to meet health or entry requirements.
Group Travel Risks
Group travel by motorcoach, air, rail, or other means involves inherent risks, including weather, traffic, scheduling changes, and venue availability. By using our Services or traveling on itineraries we arrange, you acknowledge these risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that Brilliant Edventures is not liable for risks inherent in group travel beyond our obligations in your booking agreement.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Brilliant Edventures and its licensors own all content on the Website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, itineraries, and layout. All rights are reserved. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use subject to these Terms. You must not republish, sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute Website content, including marketing materials we provide to authorized partners, without our prior written permission.
User Submissions
If the Website allows comments, reviews, contact form messages, or other submissions, you grant Brilliant Edventures a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with our business. You represent that your submissions do not infringe third-party rights and are not unlawful, defamatory, or invasive of privacy.
