These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at https://www.livelifesafaris.com/ (the "Website") operated by Live Life African Safari Getaways ("Live Life," "we," "us," or "our"), a boutique African safari tour operator and destination management company based at 617 N. Liberty St., Suite 011, Winston-Salem, NC 27101, United States.
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Website. If you access the Website on behalf of a travel agency or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
In these Terms, "you" and "your" refer to the individual or entity using the Website. "Services" means travel planning, itinerary design, booking coordination, destination management, and related services we may provide. Website content about destinations, lodges, itineraries, and experiences is provided for general information and inspiration; it is not a binding offer until confirmed in a separate written quote, proposal, or booking agreement signed or accepted by you and Live Life.
Travel Bookings and Payments
Safari and travel arrangements are subject to availability, supplier terms, and the specific conditions in your booking documents, including deposit requirements, final payment dates, cancellation and refund policies, travel insurance requirements, and any applicable fees. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting those conditions before confirming travel. Failure to pay on time or to provide required traveler information may result in cancellation of reservations and forfeiture of payments as set out in your booking documents.
Traveler Responsibilities
You are responsible for valid passports, visas, vaccinations, health clearances, and travel insurance appropriate for your itinerary. You must follow instructions from guides, lodge staff, and authorities, including safety rules in wildlife areas. Live Life is not responsible for denial of entry, missed connections, or costs arising from incomplete documentation or failure to meet health or entry requirements.
Safari and Adventure Travel
African safari and adventure travel involve inherent risks, including remote locations, wildlife encounters, uneven terrain, weather, and limited medical facilities. By using our Services or traveling on itineraries we arrange, you acknowledge these risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume voluntary participation in such activities and agree that Live Life is not liable for risks inherent in adventure travel beyond our obligations in your booking agreement.
Agent Portal
If you access an Agent Portal or similar professional area, you represent that you are a qualified travel professional or authorized representative. You agree to use portal tools only for legitimate client planning, to keep login credentials confidential, to comply with applicable laws and industry standards, and not to misuse client or Live Life confidential information. We may suspend or terminate portal access for violation of these Terms or separate agent agreements.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Live Life and its licensors own all content on the Website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and layout. All rights are reserved. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use subject to these Terms. You must not republish, sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute Website content, including photographs, without our prior written permission.
