Tour Tailor Krakow, Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tour. These Terms and Conditions apply to bookings made via the website www.tourtailorkrakow.com or via e-mail. Your right to use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors or passengers who book or travel on our services. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

Where a copy of these or any other conditions have been given to the purchaser at any time, or advised verbally of all significant terms, making a booking will be deemed to signify acceptance of them.

Pricing & Inclusions/Exclusions

Prices listed on TourTailorKrakow.com are prices in total for a group of people from 1 to 7 pax, unless otherwise specified. Prices are based on the local tariff at the time of quoting, converted at the prevailing foreign-exchange rate as determined by TourTailorKrakow.com. Price quotations are subject to change without notice until a booking has been confirmed. All prices include VAT and taxes and parking fees. Unless otherwise specified, prices listed on www.tourtailorkrakow.com do not include any admission fees. However, once a booking request for a particular number of people is made, the costs of admission fees will be calculated into the final price of the tour and confirmed via e-mail.

Payment & Refund

Full payment is required to be done in cash on the day of the tour. In case of some tours (e.g., Auschwitz Profound Experience, Wieliczka Salt Mine) a down payment/deposit equal to the cost of all admission fees might be required for a booking to be confirmed. The accepted methods of paying the deposit are: regular bank transfer, PayPal, Revolut. If a deposit is required, you will be informed via e-mail about the rules of its return in case of tour cancellation. These rules are subject to outside parties such as Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial Museum and Wieliczka Salt Mine.

Change in Reservation & Cancellations

Departure times, locations, and tour operating days/dates are subject to change. Customers will be informed via email or phone provided while making a booking. If you wish to change your reservation you are kindly asked to give advance notice; we are very flexible and will help with any alterations or changes you would like to make. The sooner you contact us, the better. Cancellations must be made by email (info@tourtailorkrakow.com) or confirmed by us over the phone (+48 513 017 838). Cancellations have to be made with 24 hour notice.

Liability

Tour Tailor Krakow declines responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, sickness, or changes in schedules caused by weather, strikes, or any other irregularity outside of our control. We reserve the right to alter routes or departure times when necessary due to weather. All information you give to Tour Tailor Krakow will only be used regarding your booking, for example if we need to contact you before or after the tour. The Polish law requires each passenger to fasten their seatbelts while on board.
